OLOMOUC, December 19, 2024: Richard Morávek, founder of the Redstone development and investment group, has returned to lead the company. Since the beginning of this year, Romana Benešová had been at the helm, tasked with preparing the group to fulfill its strategic development vision. She completed her mission by successfully implementing key steps focused primarily on strengthening internal management processes and developing the MAX Realitní real estate fund.
"During Romana Benešová's tenure, we managed to achieve our set goals, which mainly included preparing the group for growth, expanding into other regions, and developing a new real estate fund project and the associated need to strengthen key management processes. Ms. Benešová brought professional experience from prestigious Czech and international companies, which represents a significant contribution to our further development," said Richard Morávek, founder of the Redstone group, who is now returning to executive management. As the group's chief visionary, he will continue to pursue his strategy focused on dynamic company growth and innovative approaches to development and investment. Romana Benešová will devote herself to her own projects in the future and will also provide strategic consulting to the founder of the Redstone Group.
The reorganization of personnel structures represents another step in fulfilling the company's long-term strategy, which focuses on the development of innovative and high-quality development projects, especially in Czech regions and regional capitals, but it is also planning new acquisitions in Prague.
