Redefining cityscapes

keep going

Properly, or not at all

As the REDSTONE development group, we have been sprinting through the market since 2015. The vast majority of our projects are primarily located in the Czech Republic (Château Escot in Bordeaux is an attractive exception).

Our main domestic locations are Prague, Olomouc, Ostrava, Pardubice and Ústí nad Labem.

We are more than just developers

We are creators of spaces that
shape the future.

Since our inception in 2015, we at  REDSTONE have been committed to creating project that combine innovation, sustainability and responsibility. Our goal is not only to develop cities, but also to leave a lasting legacy in the communities where we operate.

We are committed to changing the faces of cities. We transform ordinary stones into living stories. At REDSTONE, however, we do not just construct buildings. We also pay attention to economic sustainability and environmental friendliness.

We operate as a powerful team of visionaries, managers and builders. In addition to our main activities, we also support progressive entrepreneurship, start-ups, culture and sport. We form the core of the community. We view development as an area in which it is necessary to consider real benefits and advantages.

Our values are dominated by quality, creativity, patriotism and reliability. We build cities that you love. Together, we change our shared space. We are REDSTONE.

Thanks to the enormous enthusiasm of our people, we have quickly added a number of interesting projects and profitable properties to our portfolio.

Attention to detail is our dogma. It guarantees the attractiveness and perfect functioning of everything we touch. The REDSTONE philosophy is evident in all our completed projects - to create attractive and functional projects for decades to come.

When investing in real estate, we consider the location of the project, tenant structure, sustainability and other development opportunities to be fundamental parameters.

We own and lease retail and administrative space as well as production and storage facilities. We actively manage them and continuously refine our development strategies. Building sustainable projects is just the beginning. Getting the mos out of the is a job only for persistent. We do both.

Our symbolism

REDSTONE is represented by a red hexagon. For thousands of years, the hexagon shape has traditionally symbolised harmony between the spiritual and material worlds. Development is a demanding process of materialising the original conceptual vision into its physical form using high-quality building materials. We strive to maintain the unity of the spiritual and material elements by ensuring that our completed projects do not differ from the visualisations presented in advance. Another layer of meaning of the hexagon is the process of transformation as a journey, and development is precisely such a journey, a long-distance run that requires patience and seeing things through to the end.

The hexagon also symbolises a harmonious whole, composed of symmetrically arranged parts. In our work, we emphasise the quality of architectural designs, their harmonious structure and timeless design. The six sides of the hexagon represent the four components of our diversified development portfolio: retail, industrial, office and residential, complemented by two other core activities of the group: asset management and project management.

In nature, the hexagon shape is primarily perceived as the basic building block of a honeycomb, a symbol of teamwork in which all team members, regardless of their different roles, cooperate and help each other to achieve a common goal.  Every link in the chain is important, and only together can we create high-quality projects and always take their quality to the next level. Red is the colour of the heart, a piece of which we put into every project, the colour of life and vital energy.

We invest in
the future of the people
and communities

At REDSTONE we believe that supporting culture and sport is an integral part of the healthy development of any society.

That is why we regularly invest in local cultural and sporting initiatives that strengthen community spirit and contribute to overall development. Our support includes sponsoring sports teams, cultural events and projects that have a positive impact on the public space.
