Olomouc, September 29, 2025 – The REDSTONE investment and development group has successfully completed the acquisition of the Olympia Olomouc shopping center. The seller is CCPEPF Poland Intermediate S.à r.l., part of the Catalyst Capital investment and management group.
Olympia Olomouc offers more than 31,000 m² of leasable space and is the only large shopping center in the eastern part of Olomouc. The center consists of more than 50 retail units, restaurants, and services. Visitors will find brands such as H&M, C&A, DATART, Sportisimo, Half Price, Albert, dm drogerie, KFC, and the CINEMAX multiplex cinema. There is also a large parking lot with a capacity of 1,384 spaces. Olympia Olomouc has been in existence since 2004 and underwent a major renovation in 2015, which included modernization of the interiors and expansion of the entertainment zones.

The REDSTONE development and investment group was founded in 2015 by Olomouc entrepreneur Richard Morávek. Even before REDSTONE was established, Richard Morávek was involved in the creation of the Galerie Šantovka shopping and social center in Olomouc. REDSTONE's successful projects include the first-class Envelopa Office Center and the internationally acclaimed Šantovka Living residential project. REDSTONE is currently developing the new Galerie Pernerka multifunctional center in Pardubice. In 2023, Richard Morávek, as one of the founders, initiated the creation of the Max Realitní real estate fund, whose portfolio includes the Galerie Šantovka in Olomouc, the Flora and Myslbek commercial and administrative centers in Prague, the Palác Pardubice shopping center in Pardubice, and the Envelopa Office Center administrative building in Olomouc. REDSTONE manages all of these properties on a daily basis for the Max Realitní fund.
