East Park Olomouc welcomes a new tenant in this year's largest transaction in the Olomouc Region

East Park Olomouc has a new strong player. The Czech company SOLSOL will become the anchor tenant of the hall currently being completed. This is the largest new transaction of 2025 in the Olomouc Region and a significant step in the development of a modern industrial zone that meets strict sustainability standards.

East Park Olomouc, a newly emerging industrial park in Bystrovany near Olomouc, is expanding its tenant portfolio with the Czech company SOLSOL. In the nearly 10,000 m² hall currently being completed, SOLSOL will take over modern premises that meet high sustainability standards at the BREEAM Excellent certification level. The new facilities will enable the company to consolidate its existing decentralized warehouses into one efficient logistics center.

In terms of size, this is the largest new transaction of the year in the Olomouc Region. At the same time, it secures an anchor tenant for East Park Olomouc for one of the prepared halls, the construction of which was started on a speculative basis. Ondřej Matal from SOLSOL comments on the choice of the East Park project as follows: „A good location with excellent transport accessibility is key for us. The new warehouse basically means moving only 5 km for us, and we will continue to use our existing team. The goal was also to centralize our warehouses—we want to have two instead of the current five. The new space will allow us to do that, and we will also have a showroom and training room at our disposal.“

Dan Šobotník, leasing manager at REDSTONE, highlights the attractiveness of the project: „We see strong interest among potential clients in spaces that are already at an advanced stage of construction, allowing them to move in several months earlier than with other projects being built from scratch."
