At the heart of the project lies a central square – a vibrant public space designed to host a variety of events throughout the year, from concerts and open-air ice skating to street food festivals and fresh markets. The open façades of the buildings will draw visitors into a unique covered boulevard, enabling year-round activity. The development is thoughtfully integrated with the course of the Mlýnský Stream, where a lively riverside promenade will offer direct access to the water. A dedicated section of the project will enhance Olomouc’s dining scene with stylish restaurants, while the overall retail and service offer will be enriched with new and attractive units. Adding a strong cultural and social dimension, a multi-purpose hall will provide space for theatre productions, musicals, concerts, conferences, exhibitions, and social gatherings. For leisure, an entertainment zone will welcome visitors of all ages with a wide range of attractions.
A timeless district for all generations
The vision also encompasses a residential quarter, along with dedicated spaces for offices, business, and educational activities. A four-star AC Hotels by Marriott will further enhance local tourism, adding an international dimension to the project. Construction is scheduled to begin in the summer of 2025.
