The East Park logistics and warehousing center is being developed in stages on the eastern edge of Olomouc, near the village of Bystrovany. It offers state-of-the-art facilities for companies, complemented by excellent transport connections thanks to its immediate proximity to the motorway. With its spatial flexibility, the project can accommodate both smaller units and extensive leasable areas. The entire complex is built on environmentally responsible technologies and has already been awarded BREEAM In-Use “Excellent” precertification.
Logistics capacity with corporate facilities
The site will gradually host seven independent halls designed for production or warehousing, each complemented by service yards and integrated office space. The first two halls, C and D, have already been completed and are occupied by the first tenants, including STILL ČR, a leading manufacturer of forklift trucks. In early 2024, construction began on halls A and B, scheduled for completion by the end of the year.
