The logistics and storage centre is being built in stages on the eastern outskirts of Olomouc, near the village of Bystrovany. It offers state-of-the-art facilities for businesses and, thanks to its proximity to the motorway, excellent transport links. The spatial flexibility of the project will satisfy those interested in smaller areas as well as large leased areas. The entire complex uses modern, environmentally friendly technologies, thanks to which the park has been awarded BREEAM in use – excellent pre-certification.
Logistical capacity with corporate backing
Seven separate halls with production or storage facilities and a supply yard will gradually be built on the site, and the buildings will also include office space. The first two halls, C and D, have been completed and the first tenants have moved in. These include STILL ČR, a manufacturer of forklift trucks. At the beginning of 2024, we started construction of two more halls, A and B, which should be finished by the end of this year.
