Myslbek

keep going

The Myslbek administrative and commercial complex is located at an exceptional address – right between the bustling Na Příkopě street and the quieter Ovocný trh square. It opened to the public in 1996 and now offers almost 17,000 m² of office space with views of the historic center and over 7,700 m² of retail space, forming a vibrant passageway connecting the two faces of Prague. In 2024, almost three million people passed through here – thanks in part to strong tenants such as H&M, with the largest store in the Czech Republic, and Plzeňský Prazdroj.

Stability and style under one roof

In addition to excellent accessibility and parking, Myslbek also scores points for its long-term occupancy by stable tenants. Of the 24 commercial units, more than half have been located at Myslbek for an average of nearly twenty years. The representative character of the building is clearly underlined by office spaces with exceptional views of Prague Castle and the Old Town. Inside, visitors are captivated by a monumental glass installation by Maxim Velčovský, composed of nearly 700 hand-blown elements. The genius loci is also underscored by the history of the place, which bears the name of an artistic association that once operated an exhibition hall here. The Myslbek building meets current sustainability and energy efficiency requirements, having been awarded BREEAM In Use certification ("Very Good") and a C rating on the energy label.
