The Palác Pardubice shopping and social centre is located in the heart of Pardubice at the main intersection in the city centre and is connected to the pedestrian zone. The centre offers customers a total of 116 shops on an area of approximately 27,000 m2, with a portfolio consisting of brand-name fashion stores, drugstore goods, gifts, toys, jewellery, electronics and other shops and services. The centre also includes a multiplex cinema, supermarket, restaurants and cafés, children's attractions and a congress hall. Visitors can conveniently use more than 500 parking spaces. Palác Pardubice regularly organises entertaining events for all age groups. It is the leader in its segment in the Pardubice Region, and its multiplex cinema is the most visited facility of its kind in the region. The palace is a popular meeting place for residents and visitors to the city, a centre of culture and entertainment, providing a pleasant and friendly environment for visitors of all ages.
New image - new shopping experience
In 2023, the project won the prestigious Best of Realty development competition. The award was given for the expansion of the centre through its connection to the former Prior building. During the renovation of the historic building in the brutalist architectural style, the requirements of conservationists to preserve its external appearance were met, but the interior spaces fully correspond to current trends and requirements in the retail sector. Palác Pardubice was opened in November 2008 and celebrated its fifteenth anniversary of successful operation in 2023. Our asset management portfolio expanded in 2023.
