Palác Pardubice, a retail and community center, is situated at the very heart of the city – at its main crossroads, directly connected to the pedestrian zone. Spanning approximately 27,000 m², the center offers 116 stores, including leading fashion boutiques, drugstores, gift shops, toy stores, jewelers, electronics, and a wide range of other shops and services. Complementing the retail offer are a multiplex cinema, supermarket, restaurants and cafés, children’s attractions, and a congress hall. Visitors also enjoy the convenience of more than 500 parking spaces. Palác Pardubice regularly hosts entertaining events for all age groups. It is the market leader in the Pardubice region, with its multiplex being the most visited of its kind. A favorite meeting place for locals and visitors alike, the Palác is a hub of culture and leisure, offering a welcoming and vibrant environment for all generations.
A new image – a new shopping experience
In 2023, the project won the prestigious Best of Realty award, recognizing the expansion of the center through its integration with the former Prior building. During the reconstruction of this historic example of architectural brutalism, all heritage requirements for preserving the exterior were meticulously respected, while the interiors were fully adapted to meet contemporary retail trends and demands. Palác Pardubice originally opened in November 2008 and celebrated its fifteenth anniversary in 2023. That same year, our asset management portfolio was expanded to include the center, which we now manage on behalf of its owner, Max Realitní Fond SICAV a.s.
