The REDSTONE Group is strengthening its management team with a figure who has more than twenty years of experience in retail and commercial property management. Tomáš Míček, who has recently joined our board, is a respected expert on the Czech and Central European markets and has long been involved in the development of shopping centers and modern approaches to their management.
Tomáš Míček is now bringing his extensive experience in shopping center management and development to REDSTONE, where he will focus on the strategic management of property management and the development of retail complexes in Prague, Olomouc, and Pardubice. His goal is to strengthen their competitiveness, increase their attractiveness to visitors and tenants, and adapt their operations to current trends and market needs. He will focus on modernizing the centers, improving the customer experience, and overall operational efficiency.
We see Tomáš Míček's entry into the management of the REDSTONE group as an important step in the further development of our activities in the field of commercial real estate management and development. His expertise, strategic thinking, and ability to adapt to new challenges are fully in line with the values on which REDSTONE builds its vision.
Tomáš Míček graduated from the Faculty of Economics at VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava with a degree in Business Economics and Management and also holds an MBA with a specialization in Management and Leadership.
He began his professional career while still a university student at Tesco, where he gradually worked his way up through various management roles. He spent a significant part of his career at Ingka Centres (IKEA), where he managed the Avion shopping centers in Ostrava and Bratislava.
He gained further experience at CBRE, where he was responsible for managing a broad portfolio of shopping centers and retail parks across the Czech Republic. In 2022, he moved to CPI Property Group, where he led the shopping center management team and was responsible for the operational performance of 15 properties across the group. In response to changing consumer and visitor behavior, he focused on finding new ways to meet key performance indicators, particularly through innovative marketing and improving the customer experience.
Tomáš Míček is also an active member of the Czech Shopping Center Association, where he leads the Property Management working group and regularly hosts the Retail Minutes podcast, which features interviews with market leaders and current trends in the world of retail and real estate.
