Success is a mixture of intention,
relationships, processes and people
keep going
The core of REDSTONE consists of dozens of people. We are carefully placed in management and key teams. People are not resources, but our greatest asset.
Everyone is in the best position according to their skills. We create a cohesive team with a family atmosphere.
The visionary, supported by experts and specialists
The company was founded by Olomouc entrepreneur and visionary Richard Morávek. Under his leadership, we operate as a team with a family spirit, approaching each project – and each other – with individuality and respect. The greatest asset of REDSTONE lies in its people holding expert positions.
Your colleagues describe you as a visionary and the driving force behind REDSTONE. What motivates you personally and keeps you moving forward?
Above all, it is the pursuit of quality. I believe there is no reason why we should not measure ourselves against the very best that development has to offer – not only in our country, but worldwide. I enjoy seeking inspiration in dynamically evolving places, both international and regional capitals. Together with our team, we closely follow the latest trends, always striving to contribute our own original perspective. This is the path to ensuring our projects become true “love brands” – destinations that win people’s hearts and establish themselves as places of significance.

Even an engine needs to switch off from time to time. How do you recharge your batteries?
Nature restores me – whether through short weekend walks or longer treks with a healthy dose of physical exertion. I enjoy walking not only in forests or parks, but sometimes a more profound “reset” is needed – clearing the mind, putting thoughts in order. A pilgrimage along the Camino de Santiago to Santiago de Compostela was deeply meaningful to me. In recent years, I have also embraced yoga and meditation, and I counterbalance the fatigue of modern life with journeys to places far removed from civilization – such as visits to isolated tribes in the Amazon.
As the head of an investment and development group, one would imagine you don’t have much free time… do you still find space for hobbies?
I am fortunate that my greatest passion is my work itself. Yet I cannot imagine life without music of all genres. I don’t listen to it only in the car as a form of relaxation – what I truly enjoy is live music, which is why I often attend concerts of world-class performers and bands. In recent years, I have fulfilled a dream by experiencing performances of my favorite artists, such as Bruce Dickinson and David Gilmour.I also love wine, and over the years I dare say I have come to know it well. To me, wine is an essential part of human culture, and I enjoy discussing it with like-minded people at tastings. Our winery in France is therefore a dream come true – and my next ambition is to pass the prestigious Master of Burgundy Wine examination.Cooking is another joy of mine; it gives me great satisfaction when the company I prepare my favorite dishes for is truly delighted. And there is one more “hobby” that links back to my work: I like doing mental arithmetic – and I’m usually faster than colleagues with a calculator (laughs).

Life moves quickly. Where do you see REDSTONE ten years from now?
I see REDSTONE firmly established among the leading investment and development groups in the country. Our brand will be widely recognized and associated with attributes such as quality, prosperity, integrity, progressiveness, and responsibility. Above all, those who choose our projects as places to live, work, and spend their leisure time will feel confident in their choice – experiencing them as environments that foster the conditions for a truly high-quality life.
