Success is a mixture of intention,
relationships, processes and people
keep going
The core of REDSTONE consists of dozens of people. We are carefully placed in management and key teams. People are not resources, but our greatest asset.
Everyone is in the best position according to their skills. We create a cohesive team with a family atmosphere.
Visionary, experts
and specialists
The company was founded by Olomouc entrepreneur and visionary Richard Morávek. Under his leadership, we work as a team with a family atmosphere. We approach projects the same way we approach each other: individually and with respect. REDSTONE's greatest asset is its people in expert positions.
Your colleagues refer to you as a visionary and the driving force behind the REDSTONE group. What motivates you and drives you forward?
Above all, a desire for quality. I believe that there is no reason why we should not measure ourselves against the best that is being created in development, not only in our country but also around the world. That is why I like to travel to dynamically developing places, international and regional metropolises, to find inspiration. Our team keeps up with the latest trends and always tries to add our own original contribution to them. This is the way to make our projects ‘love brands’ and places that win the hearts of customers and have a destination dimension.

But even the engine needs to be turned off sometimes. How do you recharge your batteries?
Nature recharges me, as do short weekend walks and longer ones that involve physical exertion. That's why I like to walk not only in the woods or in the park. But sometimes you need a more significant ‘reset’, to clear your head and organise your thoughts. The pilgrimage along the Camino de Santiago to Santiago de Compostela meant a lot to me. In recent years, I have also been practising yoga and meditation, and I compensate for the fatigue caused by the stress of civilisation by visiting places outside of it, such as isolated tribes in the Amazon.
The leader of an investment and development group probably doesn't have much free time... do you have time for any hobbies?
I am fortunate that my greatest hobby is my work. However, I cannot imagine life without music of various genres. I don't just listen to it in the car to relax; I prefer live music, which is why I enjoy going to concerts by top performers and bands. In recent years, I have fulfilled my dream of seeing concerts by my favourite performers, such as Bruce Dickinson and David Gilmour. I love wine and dare say that, after all these years, I know a thing or two about it. I consider wine to be an important part of human culture, and I enjoy talking about it at tastings with people who have a similarly close relationship with it. Our winery in France is therefore a dream come true for me, and I want to fulfil my next dream soon by passing the prestigious Master of Burgundy Wine exam. I also enjoy cooking, and it gives me great pleasure when the people I prepare my favourite recipes for are satisfied. I have another hobby that is related to my work. I like to do mental arithmetic, and I'm usually faster than my colleagues with a calculator (laughs).

Life is flying by. Where do you see REDSTONE in 10 years?
It will have a firm place among the top investment and development groups in the country. The brand will enter the public consciousness and people will associate it with attributes such as quality, prosperity, reliability, progressiveness and responsibility. Above all, those who choose our projects as places to live, work and spend their free time will be satisfied with their choice and perceive them as environments that create conditions for a high quality of life.
