Open communication, mutual respect, and shared values—at REDSTONE GROUP, we believe that these principles are the key to a healthy and sustainable corporate culture. One example of how we put these principles into practice is our regular company breakfasts, which take place several times a year and are not only a pleasant start to the working week, but above all an opportunity to build relationships, share visions, and create a space where every voice has a place.
Among other things, the spring breakfast was also an opportunity to welcome new colleagues who have recently joined our team. An important part of the program was also the presentation of current events in the group, information about the development of all our key projects, and an open presentation of the company's common direction. The personal participation of founder Richard Morávek, who shared the vision and values of the REDSTONE GROUP, supported the meaningfulness and transparency that we have long promoted in internal communication.
The breakfast became not only a source of current information, but also a space for informal sharing of ideas and inspiration across teams, for open dialogue and team building. REDSTONE's corporate culture is thus not just a proclamation, but a reality lived every day, where every employee can feel like part of a shared story.
As our group grows, we strive to constantly adapt the format of these meetings so that they remain an authentic reflection of our corporate culture. We are planning minor changes that will promote even greater interactivity, involvement of all participants, and sharing of ideas across the company.
At REDSTONE, we see caring for our employees as an integral part of our responsibility. Building an environment based on trust, openness, and mutual respect, an environment where people can grow, be inspired, and be heard, is a priority for us – and every company breakfast is a small but important proof of that.
