This project responds to the shortage of post-treatment and long-term care beds in the Olomouc region. In a strategic location near the University Hospital Olomouc, a five-storey facility will be built, offering approximately 130 beds along with a basement level for parking and technical services. Completion is scheduled for Q1 2025.
Strengthening healthcare capacity
We will provide opportunities for above-standard care during the stabilization of patients’ health, enabling them to return to the comfort of their homes as soon as possible. Services will include continuous nursing care under the supervision of physicians and experienced medical staff.
