REDSTONE once again part of CREDITAS Bank's economic evenings

The economic evenings organized by CREDITAS Bank have become a pleasant and inspiring tradition for REDSTONE and the Max Realitní real estate fund. As part of the spring road show, we met with investors and partners in three Moravian cities – Ostrava, Brno, and Olomouc. Each of these evenings brought not only inspiring discussions, but also a great opportunity to present our development projects, investment strategies, and views on current events in real estate and the economy.

Thanks to these meetings, we have the opportunity to meet investors in person, answer their questions, and explain what lies behind the success of our office, retail, industrial, and residential projects. We also explain why we believe that high-quality development has long-term value.

Our philosophy of "We do things right, or not at all" was reiterated not only in presentations, but also in informal conversations with guests. Members of our team – Richard Morávek, Jiří Medřický, Martin Novotný, and Juraj Straňánek – were able to explain how we apply this approach to every project we undertake. We are inspired by the best international standards, we work with leading architects, and we strive to create exceptional, meticulously designed buildings. Thanks to this, our projects represent attractive long-term investment opportunities – whether through bond programs or investments in the Max Realitní Fond SICAV a.s. real estate fund.

The final evening took place in Olomouc, on REDSTONE's home turf – in the atrium of the Envelopa Office Center. It was an honor for us to host this event here, in an environment that represents our work and approach to development.

The road show continues in the fall, and we look forward to another opportunity to present our projects and investment strategies to other clients across the Czech Republic.
