We have successfully completed the acquisition of the Olympia Olomouc shopping center, further expanding our portfolio in the retail real estate segment. The seller was CCPEPF Poland Intermediate S.à r.l., part of the Catalyst Capital investment group.
Olympia Olomouc is an important commercial and social center in the region. It offers more than 31,000 m² of leasable space, over 50 shops, restaurants, and services, and parking for 1,384 vehicles. Visitors will find brands such as H&M, C&A, DATART, Sportisimo, Half Price, Albert, dm drogerie, KFC, and the CINEMAX multiplex cinema. Opened in 2004, the center underwent a modernization in 2015, which brought a new look to the interiors and expanded the entertainment areas.
